This TKX/TKO/3550 slave cylinder kit provides everything needed to install a slave cylinder on to a TKX/TKX/3550 series transmission behind a Coyote or other modular motor.

     CNC cut and powder coated slave cylinder bracket
     7/8" bore slave cylinder
     stainless steel slave cylinder pushrod
     CNC cut and powder coated firewall reinforcement bracket
     hardware for the slave cylinder bracket
     instructions for bolting up the slave cylinder bracket

This kit is different from other kits on the market. It is made of 3/8” plate where most are 1/4” It is also a common parts house slave cylinder so if you ever had to replace it, it is as simple as going to your local auto parts store. The master cylinder bracket is cut out of 1/4" plate steel. The powder coating is gloss black.

This kit uses a push slave cylinder and requires a MODULAR motor bellhousing that actuates from back to front.  The master cylinder and connecting lines are not included as different applications my require variations of these parts. (however I do offer a MC and line kit, see "Related Parts" below) 

I prefer a slave cylinder type hydraulic clutch over a hydraulic throw out bearing because of how it feels.  With a slave type setup you can feel the clutch engagement and disengagement through the pedal just like you would with mechanical or cable linkage BUT with the smooth action of hydraulics.  IMHO A hydraulic throwout bearing type clutch loses that feel of what the clutch is doing.
Note: if you have a SBF 255, 289. 302 or 351W engine, the bellhousings available for said engine
have the clutch fork in a different location that does not line up with the SC in this kit howeer I do offer kits
for SBF applications.
