This stainless steel threaded rod comes with one end machined so that it is rounded off to work well in the slave cylinder.  It is 6" long and may need to be cut to length.  It also comes with an adjusting nut and a hardened alloy steel spherical bearing that will fit perfectly in the T5 clutchfork opening.
